You’ve recommended us to use the same character reference throughout your video which is described in the image prompt (under each scene - regenerate - the text is there). I can’t understand what you mean here… I used the same text to describe a character (only add an additional sentence to remove an object but the regeneration video still created a different character).
Tier 2 has limited voiceovers. How many voiceovers can I have for Tier 2?
You told that both Tier 2 and Tier 3 were limited to 3x video creation per month. Does it mean that users can only produce 3 videos per month for Tier 2 and Tier 3? If so, how does it so? Tier 3 has about 2 times more credits than Tier 2?
Last question… is there a tool to preview videos first? So, users can see how their video looks like before we submit to generate videos?

Voiceover for tier 2: you have 21 voiceovers.
3x videos per month from the subscription page is just a approximate amount of videos compared to the plus plan (3 times number of the video), it doesn't account for the exact number of videos that user can generate. Using credits as a benchmark will be easier to understand.
We currently can support the preview of videos for sure, and you can go back (click the top left corner button) to re-edit.
