I purchased a Tier 3 subscription and a 10,000 credit pack from Appsumo. The Appsumo sales page didn't mention an expiration date for the credit pack. After activation, I received the message, "All purchased credits in credit package will keep valid for up to two billing cycles." I understood that unused credit packs purchased from Appsumo were valid indefinitely. Will they expire after two billing cycles, even if unused? Also, I don't understand the meaning of this billing cycle. The subscription information page shows an "annual" billing period and a billing date of "March 21, 2027," but the renewal date is listed as "April 20, 2026." The information on the page is confusing, and as a user, I feel uneasy.

Will the unused credit pack I purchased from Appsumo expire in two months? Or two years?
