I haven’t received Tier 4 access or the individual AI models promised by the end of the month — please provide a firm delivery date or i will be looking to initiate a refund. You all promised sora and veo, but still not here. There hasn\u0027t even been updates to tell us why it\u0027s taking longer than expected.

alright well i gave an extra week, but ultimately i think i am going to have to refund because it seems you guys don\u0027t keep your promises. you promised new update end of 2025, its now a week later, no update, no announcement, no sora 2 no veo, no updates, then you didn\u0027t deliver tier 4, broken promises. i have lost trust.
