Account still not activated with Tier 2 credits.
Happy day. I purchased Tier 2 during the Black Friday November event. After following the activation instructions the account is still not showing credits. Yes I reached out to support and provided the key as proof of purchase. Today December 10th I logged on to start several stories that I've been working on while giving support plenty of time to fix the account. The account still show 0 zeros as if no purchase was made. When will they fix my account? Does it normally take this long when activation doesn't work correctly? Will I get the credits for the month of November and December? Looking forward to working with the tool once they fix the account.
