I wasn't excited about picking up another AI tool since their half-life is about 2 months, but videos is something that we all know is powerful. I decided to give Mootion a try for 2 use cases: (1) faceless videos for YT; (2) putting more videos on my social channels. So far, it's been a pleasure using Mootion. I create a script inside of some AI tool (such as Grok), clean the script up a little, copy and paste it into Mootion. A storyboard is generated in about a minute, after which I can edit - make granular changes to each image, regenerate, etc. Once I'm happy with the storyboard, hit the animate all radio button (although you could animate each image 1 by 1). After the video is animated, I can play around with some features, like title, subtitles, music, etc. If I can make a comparison, it's what I wish Katalist evolved into. If I do have hopes for an update in the near future, for right now it would be larger videos (I think we are maxed out at 32 storyboard images per video).
