Great product with lots of options
As far as I have tested this product, it is a great addition to my AI-tools. I don't want to use Mootion for business purposes, so my requirements may be a bit different. Tier 1 is great for me. I am excited for all the possibilities to create videos and short stories in different visual styles.
Nevertheless, there are a few things I'd like to mention:
- Unfortunately there is no credit indicator when composing a story. I can see the costs for each step, but I cannot check, how much is left of my monthly plan. Perhaps you should consider putting something in the upper edge.
- Is there a way to check, how long the generated voice will be? While this isn't important for a single picture, the animated video may be to long or to short for the text (especially if it is edited before). So all I can do is go back to the workspace, adjust the length and recreate the video (with additional costs)
- Scene effects are only available for the whole project. It would be great, if I could select it for each scene, e.g. if I use only some animated scenes, I do not need a zoom (because they are already animated), but for the fixed images it would be nice to have a scene effect so they won't be TOO static
- Generated pictures of words are inaccurate. Mootion proposed a first scene, where the picture shows the title of the video. It generated the description "Eye-level shot of bold letters displaying the word '<text>' ", but on the final picture single letters were exchanged or omitted. Regenerations made the words look even worse. Perhaps the model is not suitable for text generation?
Overall, I am really happy with this tool and I can't wait to see it evolve in the future. Already five tacos from me today!

1️⃣ Credit indicator during story composition – We've already have this credit indicator within the workspace dashboard, you can check your remaining credits on the right upper side of your workspace dashboard (on the right side of 'earn credit' button)
2️⃣ Previewing generated voice length – We understand how helpful this would be to avoid mismatches between audio and video length. Our team is already exploring ways to integrate a duration preview feature in the workspace.
3️⃣ Applying scene effects per scene (not just per project) – We love this suggestion! Adding more granular control over effects is something we’re actively discussing, and we’ll keep you posted as we make progress.
4️⃣ Accuracy of text-in-image generation – Thank you for highlighting this. You’re right—text generation accuracy is a challenging area for AI models, but we’re committed to improving it. We’ll review our current model implementation to enhance accuracy in future updates.
