Very underwhelming with little/no support

I was excited to come across Mootion AI, since our agency have been on the lookout for a decent AI video generator for some time now.

Unfortunately, Mootion doesn't seem to be able to live up to our expectations. Here's why:

1) Videos are pretty meh. Especially for scientific topics or topics related to history... each and every scene is a hit or miss, even with many tries.

2) Credits are not nearly enough: IF you want to animate each scene (which, I assume most of us would), then you run out of credits with just a few videos, even on the top tier. The credits aren't even enough for a solo creator – let alone a digital marketing agency juggling multiple clients.

3) Very limited language options: some of the bigger languages, and almost all smaller languages are missing. It shouldn't be complicated to add languages to an AI, and it would provide a massive benefit to many users. Yet, the founders don't seem to agree...

4) Finally, I'm not sure about their support... While I've only reached out one time with a feature request, I haven't heard back anything. It's been well over a week now, and nothing.

Honestly, Mootion does have the potential to evolve into something amazing, but it's definitely not there yet. The lack of language options is a HUGE limitation, and even then, you're stuck with a few mediocre videos each month (since you can't create more).
