Q: Correct me if I'm wrong but the purchasers of this deal need to be aware that we are NOT getting future features included!
The language says, "future updates to the features listed below" meaning when they roll out new features they Will not be included.
This deal is NOT mapped to a plan, this will be a "special appsumo" plan. Currently at least 3 major features are in "beta" and not included.

3. Suggestions
This is a, raise funding off of sumolings, and then leave them with an inferior version of the platform while trying to convert them to an expensive monthly plan type deal... I spend days setting this up to find this out, very upset. I bought 2 codes thinking that this was a solid company to do business with.
APPSUMO what are you all doing? This deal shouldn't even be on here if this is how they are operating. Stop letting these companies do money grabs on us!

Regarding your ‘Bait and Switch’ comment, we do not agree.
As per our contract with AppSumo, the features on our deal page will be available for life. We have only been transparent with Sumo-lings and will continue to be transparent.
It seems that you are unclear about ‘new features such as our PPC Budget Audit feature or Enhanced Budget Monitoring. New features are not included in the LTD.

I'm sure that you all are amazing people. You seem like it. But I'm also sure that you have little experience in the LTD space, and the expectations on a platform like this.
I do believe that you are correct, that this error is more on Appsumo in this case, than on you. In my opinion this should not be a featured deal, due to the fact that it is missing some of the core expectations of Featured deals, future features being just one.
I'm glad that you are being absolutely clear now in saying that " No Future Features Will Be Included", because it was very vague in your previous comments and in the deal terms. In fact many of those questions that were asked of you were left unanswered.
FYI, most software companies that come to AppSumo are looking for the financial investment and exposure that APPSUMO and their extremely loyal followers can bring. And in return for that, the successful ones, treat us like investors. Future updates, implementation of feature requests, certain "sumoling only" benefits.
We then become raving supporters and carry their brand into the sunset, (so to speak.) AppSumo and Sumolings have launched dozens of brands that are 7 figures now, as a direct of their AppSumo launch.
Then there are the other companies. The ones who in a short sighted way, think that they'd be giving away the farm by blowing us away with their offer. They think they can convert us to monthly buyers down the road, so they usually have some kind of "special plan", that stagnates while their core plan is blooming with features. You rarely hear about those companies again.
After I bought the plan, spending a lot of time setting it up, I find out that 1/3 of the features in my account will unavailable to me in a month.
And on top of that, all of the future features are not included anyway, even the ones that we suggested to you.
So you take the revenue from the launch, improve the software and then, lock us out of improvements? Not a happy camper.
It's nothing personal, but I think that the other Sumolings need to know this clearly and up front. That what they buy today, is what they will have next year, nothing extra. "What we see is what we get" ...except for the beta features. Some will be ok with that, I'm sure.
Let me be clear, your offer is not "unfair".
Your customer service is great, no doubt about it. You product is exciting, at least to me and my business. And kudos to you for being the figurehead of a great product and team.
Your special AppSumo Plan on the other hand, now that I understand what I got (shame on me for not understanding the fine print at first) is a refunder. Who buys a software with no expectation of future improvements?
The biggest issue for me what the amount of time I used to set everything up, looking forward to using it, an then finding out, due to it being unclear, I'll have to refund it.
I would of just passed, if I knew up front.

Wow, totally missed that new features are not included. Guess this will be refunded, which is sad as I liked it. Hope that more people who purchased it understands the limitations of this deal before they purchase it.

nicksynchroDang, Morphio looks good BUT Csdoes's response (and others) make this a pass for me too. Glad I read these responses first.
Part of the experience on AppSumo is trusting the company behind the software for the future with updates and developments. It's neat to be a part of that. I'm not sensing that level of care with Morphio's offer at this time.
Strategically, it would make sense to have an offer that's nearly impossible to not grab, and then get a bunch of people enthusiastic about it as your word of mouth promoters. That point seems to be missed here with this offer, unfortunately.
Our LTD includes updates to the features in the LTD and future ad platform integrations.
As new features can impact our overhead and continue to build and iterate, we cannot offer everything in an LTD format, as I am sure you can understand.
While the Morphio current AppSumo deal comes to an end next week, we are preparing to introduce a new AppSumo deal with updated pricing packages on our site.
All new (not yet built or in beta) features outside of the LTD will be available to Sumo-lings, both original and new deal purchases, at a discount and available for upgrade through the Morphio product. Details will be emailed to all LTD buyers (buy now before the LTD ends) when the exclusive discount is open towards the end of April.
