If tier 4 isnt tied to Ultimate & Creator Plans that have API access what (Tier) is it actually tied to?

I do not understand your answer„we do not have API capabilities“. It is clearly mentioned and listed on your page. When I call the publicly listed url https://us-central1-motionvid-ai.cloudfunctions.net/api/v1/infographics/generate I only get an error about a missing token. Is this fake? Or a dummy? So why list it? Could you please tell us, what is accurate?
Nick very vague response back and you didnt answer my question what tier on your site is tier 4 tied to? Also you do have API as I referenced from your own site above.
