A: No, it doesn't vectorize the image. A PNG stays a PNG. But you don't need it to: when a scene zooms into your UI or needs to animate part of it, Miltos rebuilds that part as real code (your layout, colors, text and components), and code stays sharp at any zoom. Just ask for it, e.g. "rebuild the dashboard from my screenshot and zoom into the pricing table." For the best result, upload the biggest, sharpest screenshot you have (2x/retina) so it reads your text correctly.
