Regarding the tier upgrade issue: unfortunately the campaign has now ended, so Tier 3 and Tier 4 are no longer available through this deal directly.

The good news is that these higher tiers are still available for a limited time to AppSumo Plus members, so that may be worth looking into if you want to unlock more credits.

If the bug you experienced (where the cart wouldn't let you upgrade) happened before the campaign officially ended, please don't worry.

Reach out to the AppSumo support team directly and explain the situation. Since this was a technical issue on their end during an active deal window, they're usually very understanding in these cases and should be able to help you sort it out, whether that means honoring the upgrade or finding another solution for you.
