Really wanted to like it - Just couldn't do it.
I really wanted to like MotionVid, but unfortunately it just wasn't up to par with other prompt-to-vid applications out there.
Did it do what it was advertised to do? For the most part yes. I won't knock the team for that. But my issue was the overall execution of the website. It's terribly slow and unoptimized, eating away at ram. This makes it extremely difficult to navigate to create videos, as well as even viewing templates. I've tested this on two OS's, over the "big three" browsers (Safari, Chrome, and FireFox).
Some of my prompts that I were putting in, were also getting ignored, and it was instead using previous prompts, as well. This was especially frustrating, as it used up credits. Or was it possible that the "slowness" of the website itself made it difficult to even tell that my previous prompt got removed from the UI? I'm not 100% sure. Either way, credits were used.
I believe, at this point in time, it's a very unpolished experience (notice I did not say product). That said, there's also a lot of potential here. But for now, I think users are better off using another AI API Wrapper.

We're releasing an update today that directly addresses the speed and UI issues you mentioned. The platform will be significantly faster and the interface much cleaner and easier to navigate.
On the prompt issue, that sounds like it could be tied to the same performance problems, and this update should resolve it. If it happens again after the update, please let us know so we can look into it.
