Unique Gap Fill for Motion Graphics
I can clearly see how Motionvid is unique compared to other tools. Seedance is a great model and can do some of what Motionvid does, but it can also be random and unpredictable. Motionvid feels more focused on intentional motion graphics, which makes it a great time-saver for people who need more control and consistency.
If Motionvid continues building strong motion graphic templates, expands the library for more use cases, and keeps improving the model, I could see it becoming a very useful tool for professionals who need quick, polished motion graphics.
I also think the multiple-angle and grid generator features are some of the most unique parts of the platform. These tools are extremely useful, and expanding them could make Motionvid even stronger, especially for users who need consistent character images, locations, apparel, accessories, and storyboards for branding, storytelling, and video production.
I have several feature requests below:
1. Improve the Remix workflow
In the video template section, when a user clicks Remix, could you add a pop-up asking if they want to automatically insert the prompt into the prompt field?
I understand some users may want to type or edit the prompt manually, so having the option would be ideal. I know there is already a copy button, but adding this directly into the Remix flow would make the workflow smoother, faster, and more intuitive.
2. Improve the storyboard grid and angle generator with native 4K model selection prior to generation. I later realized that Motionvid already has a storyboard generator in the grid section, which is great. My main request here is to add a native 4K generation option before the user clicks Generate.
Since a 3x3 storyboard grid contains 9 panels, anything under 4K loses too much detail and quality. While I know there is an option to upscale afterward, that is not the same as generating in native 4K from the beginning. Native 4K generation would likely preserve much better detail overall, especially for face quality, which is where lower-resolution grids tend to lose the most.
It would be very helpful if users could choose the model before clicking Generate, such as Nano Banana, Nano Banana Pro, or GPT 2.0 / GPT 4K, depending on what options Motionvid supports. This would allow users to intentionally choose a higher-quality model for native 4K generation instead of relying on upscaling after the image is already created.
This would make the storyboard grid feature much more useful for professional planning, client previews, and production workflows.
3. Add more grid generator options
I still think the other grid options would be very useful for situations where users want separate grids for different creative needs. I would love to see these added:
a.) A 3x3 consistent character grid generator against a neutral backdrop that includes the original character image plus the 8 generated angles in one 4K resolution grid.
b.) A location generator that creates 8 separate images for different locations, where the user can either upload a reference image or type a prompt describing the locations they want.
c.) A same-location angle generator that creates 8 separate images of the same location from different angles within the room or environment. User can either upload reference image or type prompt, or both.
d.) A 3x3 consistent location grid generator that includes the original location image plus the generated location angles in one 4K resolution grid.
e.) An apparel grid generator that creates multiple views or variations of clothing items, outfits, or wardrobe concepts. This would be useful for fashion references, character styling, product previews, and maintaining wardrobe consistency across scenes.
f.) An accessory grid generator that creates multiple views or variations of accessories such as jewelry, glasses, bags, shoes, hats, watches, props, or other detail items. This would help users keep accessories consistent across characters, scenes, and branding projects.
4. Add editable pre-made prompts for timeline templates
For the Template category, where a user adds a template directly to the timeline, it would be helpful to have pre-made prompts that users can edit. The video templates already include prompts, but this timeline template section does not appear to have the same option.
Adding editable pre-made prompts here would make the workflow more consistent across the platform and help users get better results faster without having to build every prompt from scratch.
Overall, I think these additions would make Motionvid feel even more like a serious production tool. Helping users maintain consistency with characters, locations, apparel, accessories, prompts, shot planning, and storyboard layouts would make the platform much more valuable for professional creative workflows.
