Q: Hi there, Not really a question, more an observation.

Software looks great, but I don't think you are pitching to the right audience.

A small to medium sized business has one focus, one business area, therefore 1 workspace is good. Your set up here is better for that type of customer.

Many freelancers are freelancers because they wear multiple hats, or because they are trying multiple things to see which sticks.

So pitching a CRM to freelancers with only one workspace may not work well, especially given the free competition from major players for smaller scale setups.

Plus, more workspaces does not mean higher resource usage. It's just for organisation.

So if I am going to purchase a CRM as a freelancer, it's got to enable my multiple business ideas to be separated. Otherwise, the free tools offer more than enough.

A: Thanks for the feedback - we absolutely agree with you, which is why it's super simple to add workspaces when you are normal Moxie subscriber. We just weren't able to come up with a good "Tier" scheme with the AppSumo folks to handle both Seats and Workspaces...

The offer must include multiple workspaces/business profiles to be a Marketing Freelancer's CRM. Theres absolutely no wayI can use this as a CRM tool for my operations. Also, wheres theafter sale support? No ticketing system?

This tool is impressive and if the two items can be added, it will make it very useful for Freelancers. Right now its for a single business profile owner and will not work for my Freelance marketing company; however if the developer addresses the two concerns and commits to adding support for them, ill keep my tier 3 purchase. At that point, I will find it difficult to do without as my only CRM.

There is just no identifiable way to support your clients after the sale.

I was advised there is a trouble ticket/help desk feature, but i cannot readily identify it. Not anywhere in the help menu. I cant post a screenshot to show theres no trouble ticket section visible. I looked under each category and theres no mention of it. I remember seeing a link about it, but not the details.

In my opinion how can it be a CRM without a ticketing system included? Does the Customer Relationship Management end after the sale? Definitely not.

Hopefully the developer will comment here and tell us where to find the ticketing system or when one will be integrated as well as when we can expect a new version release that allows unlimited workspaces in tier 3.

Its clear that AppSumo tier 3 should have unlimited seats and unlimited workspaces. Are you saying AppSumo users do not get multiple workspaces? What about the number of seats?

Please advise immediately. If Moxie does not, i must return the product. I bought this as it was advertised... the only CRM a Freelancer would need... but it appears appsumo users can only manage a single workspace.

You're saying this is the only CRM a Freelancer needs. A Freelancer who manages many client businesses and resells services requires multiple workspaces and multiple seats. The plus symbol is presen, but when i click on it, it just spins. Does that mean AppSumo LTD investors are excluded from creating them as I read your direct customes get this feature? Thats a very important issue to address. Simply advise yes or no as it looks like i should have the abilty to do so, it just doesnt work.

I'm just asking why we should give unlimited workspaces away for a couple hundred dollars? You are more than welcome to purchase multiple LTDs.

Thanks for the reply. I'm also answering your comments to KingShopper as well.

1) you don't have to do anything re. what you offer in an LTD. But that means, in my opinion, you are looking at it in the wrong way. For you, this should be about how much YOU get from it. Multiple workspaces (not unlimited, just enough for multiple hats) is what a lot of freelancers need and will make them invested. It does not add a resource cost to you. Just keep the other limits the same (over all workspaces).

2) In fairness, the answer re. the support concerns was not clear. I assume, from your answer, you are not offering support to LTD customers. Help centres are great, but that is not the same.

3) Looks like a great tool, and I think you are missing an opportunity to get a better range of freelancers who are more likely to upgrade in the future. <>arrogant mode</>You probably need my help</end arrognat mode>

Hi. May I suggest a choice between Seats and Tiers? Or divide the seats across tiers? Example: Tier 2 - 2Workspaces/5seats per workspace or 5W/2S. For Tier 3 maybe 5W/5S or heck, go crazy with 25W/1S?
