Thinking about systems and platforms I currently use, I have a bunch of questions.
1. How does time tracking work in the case of pre-paid retainers? Is there a way to link the time to a previously paid invoice?
2. In the time tracking, is there a way to set the retainer time so you can see where you stand at various times (how much time is left on the retainer)?
3. Can you add time manually, in addition to real-time tracking?
4. Is there or will there be any kind of Google Chrome extension/add-on for time-tracking?
5. Are there any integrations with forms for email marketing platforms (if they give permission to be added to your email list)? Or is Zapier the only option for integrations?
6. I have a toll free number through Grasshopper (I'm in Canada). Can that be ported?
7. Is there a desktop app, or is desktop access only via browser?

May 15, 2024A: 1 - you can collect a deposit via our deposit invoice flow and then apply that deposit balance to future billable hours.
2 - Yes, the project and client view will show your hours per week/month against the retainer agreement
3 - Yes
4 - It has been requested and is in our feedback site. Not enough votes to bump it to the top yet.
5 - Currently we only support Zapier
6 - It's possible - we would need to check your specific number
7 - Just browser.
