It kinda sucks to have to make 8-9 different schedulers, so we need the ability for clients/customers to choose the meeting duration. Great team, incredibly good support, and fast implementation of features that actually make sense. Love the innovation and thinking that these guys implement into their product. This is like a mini hubspot software. Its great for SMB. I hope that they will do another deal here. Also it would be nice to have a few more features with importing leads automatically easier so I can automate my sales, prospecting and proposal process as much as possible.

Moxie has rescued me...truly! As an unorganized, ADHD entrepreneur struggling to manage my independent marketing agency for the past 9 years, this platform has honestly helped me grow personally , professionally, and financially.

While it took me some time to explore and get comfortable with everything, I’ve gradually unlocked features and customizations that have streamlined how I run my business.

From the intuitive dashboard (I love seeing revenue coming in!), easy-pay invoices, to the custom domain, client portal, and automated emails branded with my domain name—Moxie has raised the bar for my processes and professionalism. The Agreements feature is fantastic, with slick digital signatures and easy-to-set-up automations that save me time and make me look good.

And here's the kicker—I’ve finally started consistently tracking my time because the time tracking feature is so simple and seamlessly integrated. Moxie stays open all day while I’m working, and it keeps me on track like nothing else I’ve tried before.

Thanks to these tools, my business is running more efficiently, my proposals are sharper, and I feel more sane and in control of my business. If Moxie ever shows up on AppSumo again, I’d gladly invest more—it’s been worth every penny (and then some). I’m already eyeing the phone number and AI tools for my next upgrades!

All the features a freelancer or small business owner needs to run their business are in this one platform!
I'd love it more if it was more flexible when it comes to invoicing in different currencies or generating reports.
But most of the basic things you need are there in one place.

Look, I've been doing this for over 20 years, juggling between Google Sheets, excel sheets, outlook emails, calendar events, HubSpot, task managers you name it, I've used it. Moxie just hits on another level. Everything we need to bill and get paid, manage projects, and scope creep is in Moxie. The support is out of this world, I have asked so many questions and not one has been neglected. If Moxie ever comes back, definitely buy it. You won't regret it.

It is a learning curve but Moxie has an amazing video tutorial library that will allow you to jump right in, and best of all, it's all white label baby!

What I would love to see in Moxie:
1. Reporting dashboards. A way to create a report of the analytics, tasks and recommendations (that are converted as tasks when approved) which can be shared to clients.
2. More payment options, both PayPal and Stripe are not in my country so my clients are unable to pay me via these two payment integrations.
3. Better filtering system, a tad glitch at the moment.
4. Document and Resource panel for each client/project. At this moment, you can add notes but it would be nice to link resources and docs, not host them, but link them to the panel in the client or project.
5. A better, faster way to complete a task, it's really a pain in the but to make a task as complete.

Otherwise, well flippen done! holy smokes, I can't see living without Moxie.

I've been searching for a flexible solution to manage both my projects and billing for a long time. If you're starting out as a freelancer, coach, or consultant, Moxie is the CRM you need to onboard your clients professionally and establish clear procedures from the get-go. The icing on the cake is the automation features, which help you follow up with clients—no more forgotten invoices or cash flow delays. You can manage your business from A to Z. The only downside is that I wish there was a fully French version, but you can't have everything, can you?

This is, hands-down, the best software purchase I've made on AppSumo. I feel so fortunate to have found it. Their support is EXCEPTIONAL, and the communication it makes possible for my business is such a gift. I'll gladly recommend Moxie to anyone who is looking for a CRM solution!

After having Moxie for a few months, I'm finally setting it up.
A few things I'm loving after a couple days of working on getting all of my info/prospects/etc are that the chatbot is actually useful and gives helpful answers. The one time it didn't, a human popped in and answered. I was shocked, as I've never had that happen before. Very pleased.
I love that it is customizable. If I need to put in another field for info, like a 2nd phone number, or social media links, it is not complicated.
I feel like this is finally one CRM I can use, and will use, because I don't need to go back to college to figure it out.

I'm a homeschool Mom running a business on my own and I love that I can do Trello, TidyCal, manage clients, do accounting, invoicing in just one platform.

No app is perfect and I appreciate that the team is very responsive and hands-on in constantly improving the product. It's brilliant!

I look forward to the day I will no longer need another app to build my social media, record screen videos to save up on meetings and course creations too.

Perhaps the other users can share templates because the page builders need a bit more creativity and imagination unlike how maybe Squarespace or Canva does it but it's no biggy. :D

I wanted to add that the timekeeping feature isn't just brilliant for teams but also for me who works alone. I get to see how much time I put into each task and what value I bring to the table as a project manager of my home even if I really won't get paid like a client would.

I also listed myself as a client and put in self care as a project with recurring tasks I made sure to include in my time blocks like reading a book or doing an exercise. I am, after all, my top client otherwise I won't be able to serve my paying clients :D self care and all that. Just a different perspective I felt you might appreciate.

Moxie surpassed my expectations!

The forms designer is the most useful feature for me, exactly what I was looking for!

CRM, forms builder, accounting, sales, valuable integrations, associate forms with a client.

The interface is designed to make work flow easy, starting from client acquisition to payment.

There is a very intuitively designed interface.

The mobile apps are mature and useful. I was able to create a new client, create product sale, send an invoice and collected payment from the app.

The app also has a very useful timing feature for per hour work.

Forms are assigned to a customer, it is effortless to keep track of sales, forms and agreements with clients/prospects.

Project management functionality with Kanban cards, adding files to projects are all here.

Support is excellent, there is a road map on the Moxie website.

And THE best is the bi-weekly FREE Zoom calls with 6-figure coaches delivering enormous value. I've used the training from Moxie to create my own content.

As Moxie grows, I think things that can be added much later are opt-in forms, landing pages, email marketing funnels, plus an ability for the community to create funnels and sell them to other members.

Moxie can eventually Replace Kartra.

Moxie is a very useful application. I came across it during a LTD, and now I regret not buying two copies because after a month of using it, I recommended the switch to Moxie to my wife from her CRM. In my opinion, it's a great choice, as it offers many features that facilitate efficient business operations and customer service. I highly recommend it!!!

This is a 5 Taco product for sure. You could tie together a bunch of different pieces (I have) or you can just get Moxie and realize it has everything you need.

I am impressed by how clean and responsive everything is. Nice!

Moxie is everything I was looking for! Very easy to use, great features. I don't need to use 10 different softwares as Moxie handles everything that I need to run a business. And their support is TOP!

I haven't fully utilized it yet, but for the things I have done, it has done everything as promised and more. I'm sure as I continue to use it, I will find even more things to love. So far, loving the scheduling and the timelines.

This is not only a useful tool, but the team behind it are like a virtual coach reminding you of things to try to make the best use of the program.

Moxie is not a CRM, far from it! In just a few weeks, it's becoming the only tool I use to keep track of my projects.
With Moxie I can know the estimated amount of hours in a given project and, with the timesheets I can know how much a certain project really consumed me, helping me to understand where I'm losing money and where I should focus my actions.

We have used a few similar software/apps over the years. We have a lifetime deal on 17Hats, that we paid 999 for, and are happy to change everything over to Moxie. I have not had a chance to spend much time yet as I am switching another software over that is time sensitive, but every week, I find a new nugget in Moxie.

I spent $1,000 on the SuiteDash LTD (plus upgrades) a few months ago and I'm officially switching to Moxie (Tier 2).

CONS:
- Can't print invoices from within the dashboard - have to copy the external URL, paste it into a new tab, then the option to download/print PDF appears.

Yes... that's literally the only con I could think of....

PROS:
- Beautiful and intuitive dashboard that's easily customizable.
- Includes EVERYTHING you could possibly need for client management but keeps it simple so it's not weighed down with hundreds of tools/options you won't actually use.
- Integrations with Google
- Contracts/Invoices/Proposals actually look the same in their PDF versions as they do on the webpage (you'd be surprised how many Apps don't have proper support for PDFs).
- YOU CAN EXPORT TIME ENTRIES TO A CSV FILE (game changer for employee time tracking - I was literally having to copy and paste from SuiteDash).
- Invoices include options for time tracking, discounts, deposits, and late fees
- Expense management
- Customizable client portal with CUSTOM PAGES and option to hide default pages per client / contact
- MULTIPLE CONTACTS PER CLIENT (again, surprising how many tools [SuiteDash] don't actually offer this)...
- I contact support via the chat bot for 1 question and received an answer within seconds. And we all know how rare that is for some of these Apps.

Long story short, I will absolutely be swapping to this tool. 10/10 recommend.
