Great support - best platform I've used to date

I have 2 brands to 2 businesses that I run with over 300 clients.

I've been using a self-hosted platform for the past 8 years that allows me to have as many brands as I need but it is not perfect. I've tried most of the CRM systems on Appsumo, Hubspot, Zoho, Pipedrive, Capsule, GoHighlevel, Flowtrack, Flowlu, Deskera and countless others. But each one had some things that I considered essential to how I run my businesses (my way).

So I have remained with my imperfect self-hosted app for quite a few years.

Moxie is the first app that nearly ticks all the boxes and after chatting to the most responsive support I've ever come across with it's coming webhooks system it will tick all my boxes.

The interface is clean, simple and easy to navigate. There is a little learning curve as with all softwares but nothing onerous, and when you have questions using the chat bubble gets you timely responses and workarounds to suit the way you do business (well at least for me anyway).

To run 2 businesses I could of just purchased 2 x Tier 1 with 2 emails... but that would mean I would have to logout each time to log into the other.

Support told me that if I have at least Tier 2 in one account with 1 email address, as it has 10 users I can make another business account a full-access user (requiring the purchase of a second Moxie purchase of Tier 1 or Tier 2 that I activate with a different email address (i.e. a second user).

It integrates with stripe in a matter of 2 clicks and shows all your historic Stripe transactions, products and plans right inside Moxie itself... I've never seen this before but gives me the sense I can use this platform to keep my finger on the pulse of everything my 2 businesses do.

It has a full featured mobile app (which was the big win for me)... It's not some PWA app... it is an actual full-fledged app without the typical restrictions you get in a mobile app other platforms have cobbled together.

I can access and view the exact date and time a customer views one of my invoices, proposals and quotes keeping me in the loop with where my clients and prospects at at.

When an invoice is paid a notification pops up on my phone to let me know. In the phone app I can switch between both of my. businesses...

It is easy to integrate SMTPs (I use Mailgun for everything). I have been able to customise all my emails, invoice, proposals and agreements stylishly and can record online signatures (saving me using several other apps).

There are a few things that are not 100% perfect just yet... but for the first time in 8 years I am now confident to migrate my live day to day business activities to a single app (Moxie).

There are numerous training videos, knowledge sections to help along the way.

I've messaged a few clients now to suggest they get on this too... as I can integrate this with their lead management campaigns I run for them (especially with the quality of the mobile app). IMO this is a real no-brainer.
