Q: Issue with AI builder. No support...
Your AI builder is still not functioning properly. I cannot replace AI-created images or edit the text in the Hero section. I haven't heard back from your chat support regarding this issue for several days. This could be the same problem with the templates, which I haven't tried yet. The chat conversations are just bing closed without any resolution or sometimes a reply.
If the issue is not fixed ASAP, I will request a refund for the purchase.

That was not feedback! It's been over a month, and the issue remains unresolved. I cannot edit the Hero section generated with AI—neither the text nor the images. This renders your product useless. Your chat support seems to be merely decorative; no one replies there, and conversations are closed without any response. When will you fix your product?
