Q: Could we schedule and forward calls to local mobile numbers like we can do in Ring Central??

Yes, you can forward incoming calls of your line numbers to any number you need.

I wanted to know if we can SCHEDULE the call forwarding.
Eg. Agent 1 - 9am-12pm
Agent 2 - 12pm-6pm
Agent 3 - 6pm -9pm
Agent 4 - 9pm-9am
Could we schedule the call forwarding to different persons based on the availability of the Agents/Team Members to give a round the clock service if one wishes to to provide such a service??
Although we don't support that scenario directly, you can use Ring Groups in our application.
for example:
Sales Ring group:
- Layer 1: agent 1, agent 2
- Layer 2: agent 3, agent 4
So, if you get an incoming call, then the call will be routed first to agent 1, then agent 2 (also can be at the same time), if those agents are not available (or just do not answer the call), then the call will be routed to the second layer and so on ...

Just like Ring Central, is it possible for you to include the call forwarding to the team members based on their available time schedules (this is a highly used feature of Ring Central). I could put a request on your website as i have already bought your AppSumo LTD expecting this to be available in near future.
