Q: Hi there, i have purchased x1 code to test MsgsHQ and first thing I am finding is: - No chat support with MsgsHQ available.
This is hugely important, the ability to speak with the company in real time to get support (sending emails to hi@ isn´t really going to cut it), particularly for a comms company such as MsgsHQ.
Question: Are you implementing Chat support to clients? When?
- No tutorials to guide A-Z and be able to make the most of everything in the UI.

- I am inside my dashboard. Where can I go to to purchase international numbers? I don´t see it
- When creating new "Contacts" the field for "phone number" is just a plain field. I honestly think this should be a field that has all the Country Codes (as dropdown), and then the field next to it, with the rest of the phone number.
Because, right now, how do I enter a phone number in this single field... as 0044restofnumber (for the UK for example), or +44restofnumber
- I don´t see a way of monitoring the costs against a "top up" of calling credits. I can see that i can purchase $100 and above for example. But what I don´t see is a way of monitoring what´s been spent in real time, and total spent vs. account balance, so I can monitor at all times how i am doing.
- I would like to be able to see the number of monthly active contacts allowance in the dashboard (300 month) as it is described in this LTD. But there´s no reference to this anywhere in the admin dashboard, and it should be.
Are you going to add this to the admin area?
- Finally. As part of the sign up process, i have gone ahead and claimed the free 3 month US number. It´s in my dashboard. Now, what I would like to do is to "redirect", basically anyone dialling that number, will be redirected to my mobile phone of choice which is in Europe. How can I do that?
