Would try it but 300 limit seems low, and the dollar a month fee is not bad, but seems like it's just a way to get that reoccuring revenue. So not super excited. Will think it over. Can you listen in on calls for coaching purposes / play calls back? billboard messages? Any way to raise limits via lifetime vs monthly?

Yes, you can enable call recording on your lines. Also, you can stack up to 5 codes to have more MAC (monthly active contacts).
In case of having enough MAC/month, you can have unlimited conversation with those contacts. we just charge you for what the operators charge us. nothing more. there is no additional monthly cost.
