So far, I've been quite taken with the platform. But more and more mistakes creep in.

From December 25th (well, it was Christmas time) until December 31st, nothing works on this platform anymore.
Unfortunately, I need videos for my business.

-No support anymore
-no finished videos are available anymore
-You can no longer create a video in general

I'm pretty pissed off now and would give the deal back if I could.
