Nice UI, poor data
I tested this thoroughly to see if the data is 'usable'.
I picked around 10 different niches from dentists to counselors to chefs and several other industries, and I got over 14k emails, which was a great start.
However, I needed to verify the emails to see if they are valid / usable. When I put the emails through reoon email verifier (one of the best and most reliable email verification tools) I was getting around 20% valid emails across the board, which is way below industry standards.
I would expect a poor lead gen tool to be achieve around 30-50% valid emails. Anything above 60% valid is acceptable, with better performing tools getting around 80% valid emails.
20% is just way too low and would suggest to me that the data is completely outdated and / or poorly sourced.
It's a shame because they have a really nice UI. Sadly, the UI doesn't help me make money so had to refund.
Probably deserves 1 taco but giving 2 since they respond to q&a, seem to have good customer service and claim to be working on improving the data.
I may try again in future if they return but it's not worth keeping for this low quality data as it is.

Sep 26, 2024Hey there, sorry to hear that you're not satisfied with the email quality. We believe that the reason might be in your specific export segment or validation tool that you've used, since usually we have 5-20% invalid emails for work emails, and ~5% for personal ones.
We're updating our data in batches on a monthly basis, and all our database has been updated no later than 4 months ago. Right now we're working on increasing the pace and volume of these updates so we can update the whole database monthly.
We would like to investigate your issue in details and try to resolve this situation. Could you please contact us through the support chat and send us the file you've validated together with validation results? Thank you in advance.
Again, that's not our typical statistics.
