The AI interface is horrible
When you describe your perfect customer, the AI seems to merely look for keywords that can be turned into search criteria. If you say your customer is "in the US or another wealthy country", it will only pick up "the US". Lots of other things are ignored that can't be translated in the simplest possible way to a specific filter.
Furthermore, it appears that when you give examples separated by "OR", they are instead treated like they were separated by "AND" when you do a search.
And on top of that, your text is lost forever after you enter it. It is impossible to hit the back button to tweak it in ways that you think will improve the results. If you forgot to copy it to the clipboard, you're out of luck.

Edited Oct 7, 2024Hey, it seems like you haven't understood the logic behind our AI filter. In the app, we provide examples of how the AI search works best, displayed just below the input text field. A few key points to note:
1. The AI search is still in beta, and this is mentioned in the Muraena app. The core value of Muraena lies not just in the AI search, but in the combination of our data, search mechanics, and filters.
2. The AI filter isn’t a silver bullet for hands-free leadgen — it typically suggests an initial filter setup, but you’ll need to fine-tune the filters to get a more targeted list.
I wish we were able to give you some hints and guidance if you’d reached out to support during your testing phase
