As a consultant, can I include my clients' email IDs and start sending their emails if I buy the tier 3 License?
Please clarify.

Think of workspaces as bringing different MurList accounts together to be managed by one entity.
Sure, on Tier 3 you can do 100K medial email campaigns and unlimited text campaigns per month.
