Desku is an email-based helpdesk, whereas MyAlice is a social commerce helpdesk (with email integrations in the pipeline). What that essentially means is that you can connect unlimited social accounts in MyAlice, including Facebook, Instagram, Line, Telegram, Viber. You can also integrate a WhatsApp Business account in our shared inbox or we can provide you with a WABA account after April after we become BSP.
