We bought MyAlice a few days ago and have been working on integrating it into our WooCommerce store.
First up, I LOVE the high-quality support the team is able to give us. We had a recall with the Team to answer our questions before we went ahead and purchased the product, and they were very helpful, enthusiastic and clear in explaining what we could do with the product and what the future looks like.
As people new to Automation and NLP I feel some user-friendly terms could be used to help explain what the terms used mean. Its not hard to get but can feel clunky in the beginning.
Some more use test examples in creating Automation sequences would be helpful. In fact it would be great if you create the Knowledge base ideal automation sequences for Instagram, Fb by industry. This would be helpful for those new to this concept and help us use the features better.
Another issue I would like to highlight is asking for support. There is currently no option to submit a simple email or ticket explaining my problem to the MyAlice team. The options are booking a call with their team or searching the Knowledge base. I don't always want to talk to support, so an option of sending an email which could be answered in 24 hours (or less) or raising a support ticket should be available.
WhatsApp Integration is currently available at a high price (sign on of 300 dollars followed by a monthly fee). The team has given us a roadmap and assured us that this will be rectified by april 2022. This should be highlighted in the AppSumo deal for transparency. As this is a feature we were REALLY looking forward to, I have deducted one taco.
However, overall this is an EXCELLENT picee of software and a FANTASTIC deal by App Sumo. If you are running a retail business with presence across social media, this is a MUST have piece of software that gives you website chat integration, integration acoss social media, a unified customer service inox and the ability to build automation and chatbots across all channels.

Firstly, you are right to point out the UX issues in automation. You will be glad to know that improving automation and creating more resources and templates for our users is on our to-do list...
Deals like this is what appsumo should to be pushing, hight quality, feature rich products. MyAlice has no incentives for reviews (hence the low amount of reviews on appsumo) and its shame because a lot of sumolings will be missing a good deal.
I have been able to setup MyAlice without having to reach out to anyone, the control panel is so simple, intuitive and user friendly. Able to do integrations to woocommerce, install my plugin, integrating social media channels, test bringing on other team members etc.
I have stalked MyAlice for a while and this guys are the real deal and can only get better. Sumolings had demands and they adjusted to suit our needs within their business model and within a timely fashion.
The full features will be gained on ecommerce sites but it can work on any website. I like how they can integrate chat widget with existing mobile apps via API which is a requirement for me.
The dashboard and reporting metrics are neat and focused on driving both sales and improve customer service. I haven't even the gotten chance to check the chatbots and there a three distinct sub-product options!
This product is so young and achieved this much, I can't wait to see this product in one year with this impressive roadmap...

Most of the chatbot, automation customer service out there doesn't pair well with woocommerce and shopify like MyAlice along with the sleek design and interface! I bought the tier-5 plan (the biggest deal I ever purchased on AppSumo) because I put a lot of faith in the product and the team behind MyAlice, can't wait to see upcoming features gears toward agency owner like me! MyAlice with Very Promising Future for E-Commerce Sales and Support
We have searched for an omnichannel software that can integrate with LINE OA which is a WhatsApp-like chat application used in South East Asia. We have tried a few local one in Thailand, including some international ones (both established and newer ones). Some we did try out and did not continue using them either because of the prices, software’s speeds or barriers on basic functions (e.g. could not successfully integrate with LINE OA or slow). After testing out MyAlice, we decided to stick with it, and I am going to explain why.
1) The UX and UI are clean, and easy to navigate. My team can easily learn to use myalice’s basic function without a headache.
2) MyAlice can be accessed from a web browser as well as a mobile app which is important, especially for our team to respond to inquiries at anytime, and the speed load is good.
3) The comprehensive functions that serve our needs in addition to LINE OA integration include: a) The analytics and report on report menus which provide comprehensive data which can be used fro analytics, and b) chat assignment & internal note for internal collaboration, and woo commerce integration with product recommendation & check out from MyAlice. P.S. our sale admin can covert sales easier through product recommendation function, and create a new order right from the software.
However, MyAlice still lacks some of the functions which we would like to have which I have seen the feature requested added on their Roadmap. These include shared email inbox, and the knowledge base. The ability to reopen the closed ticket is important as well, and I believe the team is working on it. Also, I wish that the notes taken on chat with each customer can be recorded and viewed from the right side menu of the chat, and in the details of the customer(s) in the customer menu.
Lastly, I also wanted to point out that we have not tested out its automation function yet, and we have only tested the production recommendation function with chat that comes from Facebook. We have not tested these features with LINE OA chat.
With these details, I would say MyAlice seems to be a solid software already even they just got started based on their current functions. One they accomplished the development of the features on their roadmap, I am sure that it will become a gem. You guys shall not miss it, or at least shall give it a try.
