Best Live Chat for eCommerce

I have tried different live chat tools for Woo and Shopify, but nothing comes close to MyAlice.

Advantages of MyAlice compared to other tools are the following:

1. No more back and forth from various apps to answer customer inquiries

Response to customers who follow up with their orders with ease, as you can check their records on the chat dashboard on the fly. No more back and forth from one platform to another. Once connected with Woo/Shopify you can check all of their orders, payment status, and even create/update orders on the fly.

2. Unified Inbox

I have customers who prefer specific communication channels such as Viber or FB messenger, but the problem is if you are dealing with a bunch of customers on a daily basis, you will tend to forget where you had your previous conversations with that customer. Really love the Facebook news feed integration as well, as I can easily reply to that specific post without scrolling on your actual FB page.

3. Amazing Customer Support

Arnab and his team provided exceptional customer support. I have encountered some issues with WooCommerce integration, but the team solved the issue, and they did follow up with me regularly just to check if everything is all good. Again kudos to the whole team for overall great experience.

Disadvantage

- No email integration at the moment, hopefully this will be added soon
- Some minor bugs with Woocommerce, I'm sure this will get resolved on the future updates
- Old data can't be displayed inside MyAlice dashboard, only data prior to installation will be read. Hope the team can find a way to import the old WooCommerce data
- No contact details capture on webchat, like asking for their name and email
- Customer facing webchat don't have image upload functionality which is important

I'll definitely stack more codes after seeing a great potential with this tool plus the recently announced features that will be rolled out!

Your feedback is very important to us, and so let me get to each of them.
1. We have already announced to launch of email integration by the end of Q2 2022. We understand how important it is to our users.
2. We have noticed the bugs as well and working on them, as we speak.
3. The flexibility to export old data has been brought to our attention by many users. We will see what we can do. I am forwarding your request to the product team.
4. Our webchat is currently undergoing a revamp. So, we will see if we can add a lead capture form as you asked.
5. Same answer as (4).
