Giray_Mychordbook
May 14, 2024A: Hi, thank you for your question. There are two possible answers to this question. If your question is about whether you can create your own chord sheets, the answer is yes. You can create custom chord sheets on your playlist and even share them with other people to collaborate on. You can try this custom sheets feature by creating a free account on Mychordbook. Please note that you can not create interactive chord sheets for now, though. This is on our to-do list. Please tell us if you would want to have this feature.
Secondly, if your question is whether you can extract songs from a custom song. Although we have an AI technology that we use to extract chords from songs automatically, all songs on Mychordbook are double-checked by professional musicians before going public, because automatic chord extractors are not 100% correct. Therefore, we have not made this feature public for our users to use and there has been no request for this feature so far. However, we are open to suggestions. Please tell us if you would use such a feature so that we can add it to our to-do list as well.
Looking forward to having your review on Mychordbook on AppSumo.
I want to try it.
Could users modify the chord and save to another version if needed?
i am thinking of the app chordify
Could users get the chord by downloading the midi, pdf file? and browse the midi file in chrome like playing sheet music in the screen like other app ultimate-guitar.com?
Hi, thank you for your question. You can download the pdf version of the chord sheet with colorized chords and fingering diagrams. However, you can not download midi since Mychordbook is a chord platform that only focuses on chords. You can see active chords as you are listening to the songs from YouTube.
