Q: Hi There, When I noted that this had Zapier integration, I had assumed that I would be able to route ...

invoices from Quickbooks to this platform and have clients login and pay there invoices etc.

However I can connect myfundbox to zapier, but there are 0 options to do anything.

Will this every be supported or possible?

Apologies for the late reply.

we support zapier for following usecases.

you customer receives a paylink for one off or recurring payments. when payments are processed you receive notifications through zapier and can send invoices with status paid to your customer from quickbooks or any other book keeping tool.

Q: Hi Yas (I hope you are the one who read this message, not one of your support team)!

I'm a user from your previous deal. The new Deal Terms shows clearly "All past AppSumo buyers will get automatic access to code 1 feature limits" but when I checked my accounts, it was still not update to the new limits.

I contacted support for this issues. Out of my imagination, one man asked me to write reviews on many platforms to get the upgrade. When I showed him the screenshot of the Deal Terms saying that my accounts will get upgrade automatically, he reply in a nonsense way "This upgrade only valid until the Appsumo offer and upgrade was done for all customers. no automatic upgrade is possible".

I tried my best to tell him that as the new deal terms, I don't have to leave any reviews, neither asking for the upgrade, it will be done automatically but he just simple say "cant do much about this"

Please let me know who is in charge to solve this issue in a fastest way. I got tired of asking for the thing that can be done easily in one second but he didn't want to understand.
