Ans: we are rolling out CNAME capability in December for selected customers in firstphase. will be generally available from January for all customers.
Q. Will CNAME be available at no cost for all tiers?
Ans: CNAME must be purchased as an Addon.

How do I get in touch with support?

elsalto33It is very difficult to contact you. I don't see any chat. I have written several emails and only once I have received a reply. They said they would upgrade me to the current App Sumo plan, but they haven't yet. I don't understand how they go back to AppSumo and don't attend to those of us who bought only two or three months ago.
Please solve this problem. I can no longer refund, but I would if I had known they don't respond to emails.
