Q: Hi everybody, I just started to test MyFindBox and I really like the whole system.

It looks nice and smooth and seems to have most of the features I need.

But ... there are some things I am getting mad and I wonder if they are bugs or whatever happens. I would love to see a solution to those:

1. The Language does not work. I set it to "english" and the langauge shows german and french terms. The problem is: This also happens on the payment-page for the customers. How can the language on the payment-page be fixed?

2. Paypal is connected but not showing up. What´s the problem?

3. When creating a plan, I can´t place things like "trial" into it. The trial only works on the "pay link", but there is no link for the pay-link. It seems like the pay-link only works for customres when I have the eMail and want to sent them a link to pay.

4. The german translation is terrible. You translated "check" with "prüfen", which is a complete different word. And nobody will choose the gateway "prüfen" if he wants to pay with check.

5. In the settings-section there is a button for "Stop Recurring Payments". What does that mean? Will this button cancel everything or just pause it?

6. Is there a way to sent out a payment-link with a webhook? Or is the webhook only to get the status of a payment? How can I get a webhook out every time a payment is done? How can I manage a subscription-based membership in the way that myfundbox sents out a webhook when the subscription is activated and again a webhook when the subscription ends?

7. How can I change the grafic of payment-gateways like "cash"? It´s the wrong language.

Q. I can´t create a trial for users who sign up on my website. When I want to create a trial for a user, I need him to give me his eMail so I can (manually) create a payment-link, add the trial and then sent it to him. That´s a terrible workflow!
Ans: Thats a good input makes sense. we will extend this capability.

Q. I can´t create a recurring subscription with paypal. Even with paypal being the most common payment-gateway and paypal-subscriptions that can be directly created in the backend of paypal, when using MyFundBox I can´t do it anymore.
Ans: Yes i understand, this capability been tracked for delivery in Q1 2022.

Q. The language is taken from the browser?
Here is my browser, which is certainly set to "german", and shows a mixture between english and german.

Ans: Yes. This is tracked and will be resolved in our new release planned this month.

Sorry, but the software does not seem "ready for live" yet. It seems like an early beta where most of the basic features do not work yet.

Ok. Some cases are identified by customers and we are actively closing those gaps. thanks for your valuable inputs.

happy that you like our tool and hank you for your honest review and we are working on the open items here are my responses:

Ans: There are 2 different setup when handling language in MYFUNDBOX.

1. As a user of MYFUNDBOX you can set your preferred language in profile section and this automatically loads application in your preferred language
2. As an end user the paylink or payment box is opened based on customer language setting in his/her browser. This is a standard behaviour for end users.

Q. Paypal is connected but not showing up. What´s the problem?
Ans: PayPal is currently enabled for One-Time Payments alone. Support for Subscription payments is planned in Q1 2022 and scheduled on our roadmap

Ans: There are two ways of handling this.
1. if you have a paylink which you want to send to multiple customers you can copy it from Plan and send it to all customers without adding email addresses.
2. if you want to send a paylink with trial then currently we support sending it to one or more email addresses as each paylink is tracked for transaction status for assigned customers.

Q. The german translation is terrible. You translated "check" with "prüfen", which is a complete different word. And nobody will choose the gateway "prüfen" if he wants to pay with check.
Ans: ja. Da hast du recht. Wir arbeiten daran wird am ende des monates aktualisiert sein.

Ans: There are certain situations where customers has requested to stop all payments at once. This pauses all transactions not cancels them.

Q. Is there a way to sent out a payment-link with a webhook? Or is the webhook only to get the status of a payment? How can I get a webhook out every time a payment is done? How can I manage a subscription-based membership in the way that myfundbox sents out a webhook when the subscription is activated and again a webhook when the subscription ends?
Ans: Currently webhook returns status of payment. webhook events are sent for each successful payments. contains duration of subscription or you can also query status of subscription using webhook.

Q. How can I change the grafic of payment-gateways like "cash"? It´s the wrong language.
Ans: please share your preferred graphic will get it changed.
