DarrenWQ: I see lots of people asking about cname which is a standard on many LTDs, so I asked support as was mentioned.
They said if I purchased tier3 it will cost 499€ as an addon.
However, I'm confused as in other questions you say this will be Free in Q2, and it is listed in the roadmap - which again is even more confusing.
It can't be both 499€ and Free so I presume there is some error and miscommunication somewhere.
Can you clarify the situation for cname... and sub-accounts?
Will sub-accounts be another chunk of additional money?

Yes. thats correct.
- CNAME was included in ealier deal but not in the current deal it now available as addon.
- Subaccount was included in earlier deal but not included in the current deal. this is not available as an addon.

Thank you. That's quite a bit! Perhaps the platform isn't quite designed with scalability in this aspect and there is an attempt to recover costs of running additional infrastructure -- or else a CNAME/virtual host integration should not cost that much.
And if not tier 3, then the price is different I assume? Wonder what it is for tier 1 or tier 2 buyers.
The lack of transparency around this feature is odd, given that it's mostly included in LTDs on appsumo.
