I found this software to be very user friendly and easy to implement. I was able to test different subscription scenarios and configure the settings within 1-2 hours. They also have a library of pre-recorded videos of how to do just about everything they offer which was super helpful. This was then followed up by a person-to-person introductory video call the next day and they were able to answer any remaining questions I had. This is very good value for money and the design and client portal is so much better than anything I've used.
