In reading reviews (elsewhere) it looks like you require people to upgrade when major updates are released, and after updating, they are put on a free trial, and to keep their data they must pay for the update (or go back to the previous version and lose all their data). Considering the initial cost, this seems like a poor business model. Prior to committing to this product, I'd like to know how frequently major (paid) updates occur, and what is the typical or average cost of each update?
