Q: anyone checking the support email?

Hi, is anyone checking the support email?

I have sent a few follow-up emails and have not received any answers. The emails contain valid questions, such as:
Where or how do I disable your branding?
Is there a way to adjust the text on the booking page in Spanish?
How does the WhatsApp integration work?

I also have other questions related to the features available to us, but I could not find a way to access or understand the meaning. Hopefully, someone will read this and respond to my emails.nswered.
