Q: Meeting summary in Italian

HI! I purchased your tier 3 product yesterday, I really like it!
I tried it today for a short meeting to test it, and I realized that it produces the summary in English. I also fear that it missed some pieces of speech because it didn't understand the Italian language perfectly. Is there a way to set the language as Italian both in the platform and to interpret the language used in the meeting and to write the summary?
Thank you!
Stefano

A: Dear s.cenere87,

Thanks for purchasing and we're glad to know that you liked the platform.

Yes, you can do the following settings:

The client interface can be changed from Settings > Booking settings > Language - this will help you translate the booking page and confirmation emails, etc.

For meetings, you can change the language at the time of joining the meeting. This will capture the meetings properly and generate the summary accordingly.

Hope this helps! :)

Thanks for the quick response! I already had that setting fixed. As regards the summaries, is it possible to have them in Italian to be able to share them with the people who held the meeting? Even on instant meetings.

Furthermore, I would like to point out that the summary was not very precise, it missed several key points (I had specifically made a list of operations to do and the summary left out more than half of them).

My advice for the future is to have a more precise summary, personally I find it a bit limited this way if it doesn't capture all the details of the conversation like other meeting transcription applications.

Dear Stephan, yes translating the summaries also is in process and you will be hearing about it soon! Also for the nonprecise summaries, since you did not select the preferred language earlier, and hence it might have not been precise. Please try selecting the language that you will be talking in during the meeting and check. This should work as expected! Thanks :)
