Nothing is working with MyMemo, and this isn't a new issue.
Are you still committed to running this as a serious business, or should we assume our investments are being neglected for quick profits?
The app and its extensions are malfunctioning, from login failures to missing collections and language displays. Even basic functions like AI summaries and PDF uploads are defective, with subsequent versions being deleted. Language setup failed completely.
As a Tier 3 user, I was promised unlimited Memocasts, yet now I'm restricted to 500. Additionally, AskMemo is only retrieving 5 documents from my database, despite having over 20 on the same topic. Thats Tier 1 Dude!
👺💰 When can we expect these issues to be resolved, or should all previous Sumo-investors consider their contributions a loss and advise against future deals with you?

We’re happy to hear feedback and discussions, but we also want to keep the community authentic and focused on actual users and builders. Hope you understand.
And in the app, the wrong animal level is displayed again. Tier 3 is nowhere to be found. And despite selecting (whatever) when saving, it is not stored in the chosen collection. The language is also not used in summaries, even though it is set in the settings.
All in all, very strange.
Leo... before you make claims, ask questions first instead of spreading false statements. I am not active on Discord. And with thousands of memos appearing in my account and active usage (if it then even works properly), stop making false claims. Just make sure that what you offer actually works. Period!
