Q: Auth0

Why am I redirected to:
dev-supk***.us.auth0.com when logging in?

Can't this be fixed so it works on your domain?

A: Haha, you spotted it! 🌸
Right now, when you log in, it redirects to dev-supk***.us.auth0.com because we’re using Auth0’s hosted login page.
This is completely safe—it’s an official Auth0 domain, so no worries at all.

We’ve actually been planning to switch it over to our own custom domain for a more seamless experience. It’s just been a lower‑priority item compared to other tasks.
But since you noticed, we’ll speed things up and work on making that change sooner! 💖

Thanks so much for pointing it out! 🫶😊

Password Manager/filling systems get lost because it's not known that it's your domain.
This can be a bit confusing for the user, they may wonder if it is safe.
🙂
I'm wondering if it's possible to add a CNAME of your own domain to auth0.com itself to fix this?
🤔

I agree, Just spent 20 min trying to logon to the extension because of the password issue.

That does sound a bit strange!
Normally, both the extension and the web app should stay logged in automatically, and you shouldn’t have to sign in every time.

If you keep running into this issue,
👉 please email us the details (for example, screenshots, your browser version, and extension version) at ✉️ support@mymemo.ai,
and we’ll be happy to help you check and fix it! 🌷💖💕
