Q: How do I upgrade to Tier 3 on MyMemo after refunding 2 of my 3 codes, thinking it was a different plan?
I initially purchased 3 codes for MyMemo but misunderstood the upgrade process. I thought purchasing Tier 3 was a different plan, so I refunded 2 codes and kept just one. Now, I realize that upgrading to Tier 3 requires stacking 3 codes. I’m currently at Tier 1 since I only have one code. If I want to upgrade to Tier 3, do I simply purchase and redeem 2 more codes? And where do I redeem if I have to as I can't find an option on Mymemo. Could you please provide step-by-step guidance on how to proceed with the upgrade to Tier 3? Thank you for your help!
