Slowly but surely, I’m fed up. Inability to fix bugs and then having the audacity to promote a new app instead of taking care of what the customers actually bought. Hi, once again after adjustments or updates, umlauts in German are not displayed. Instead of ä, ö, ü - Ä, Ö, Ü they are shown as "I". Can you fix this error and make it permanent? An email to support was sent – but since the Appsumo deal ended, it’s only been leaking. That’s unfortunate and reduces trust in them as a reliable vendor! Especially since it’s not the first time.

I try to add a website to a new collection, it tells me the website is already saved, obviously not in the new folder I created, I try to find which previous folder it is in but the chat is just giving errors this is useless for times like this how do I find where the link is ? which collection it is in ? chat just gives errors or is forever "thinking" and gives no response useless time wasting
