Q: Tier 3 - future ultra plan updates?

Please clarify: You stated that Tier 2 gives ultra plan features, but did not respond what that means regarding future updates. Now with Tier 3, will this give all future pro updates or all future ultra updates?

Slowly but surely, I’m fed up. Inability to fix bugs and then having the audacity to promote a new app instead of taking care of what the customers actually bought. Supposedly, a new search with improved finding of documents/uploads is coming. Unfortunately, everything is still disappointing here as well. The only thing that works is when I search myself and scroll until I get a sore finger. The support – as expected – is like extinct, naturally after the refund period and the Appsumo deal ended. MyMemo is still USELESS and I think the owners lack competence and entrepreneurial know-how, otherwise they would have long ago turned this into gold instead of selling us what was basically an old useless carrot. I expect, like surely everyone else, that it finally works flawlessly. When can we expect next the shutdown of MyMemo?
Hi, once again after adjustments or updates, umlauts in German are not displayed. Instead of ä, ö, ü - Ä, Ö, Ü they are shown as "I". Can you fix this error and make it permanent? An email to support was sent – but since the Appsumo deal ended, it’s only been leaking. That’s unfortunate and reduces trust in them as a reliable vendor! Especially since it’s not the first time.
Hi, the save option is taking two minutes. When will you correct this?
I try to add a website to a new collection, it tells me the website is already saved, obviously not in the new folder I created, I try to find which previous folder it is in but the chat is just giving errors this is useless for times like this how do I find where the link is ? which collection it is in ? chat just gives errors or is forever "thinking" and gives no response useless time wasting
What about supporting other languages on YouTube? How and when do you plan to do this? 🤔
