I purchased a full stack today. Login on the site using the browser worked fine, but the plugin wouldn't let me log in. Every time I entered my credentials, it kept looping back to the login screen.

I tried uploading a PDF through the browser, and while it said it was uploading, nothing happened. I tried again, and still, no change. A few hours later, I saw two copies of the PDF in my collection.

I then tested the app by asking a question that I knew my uploaded files had the answer to. Instead of useful information, I got a canned response: "I cannot find relevant information on SUBJECT. For more details or to explore MyMemo AI’s capabilities, you can visit this link."

I tried using the chat feature (with the @ symbol), and that worked—at least with the sample material already provided. But when I tested it with my own curated content, whether it was a PDF, website, etc, I only got that same canned reply.

I really wanted to like MyMemo. The price is great, and the features it's supposed to have are exactly what I need in my daily workflow.

The concept is simple: upload your files, ask questions, and get answers—a second brain. I get it, and I love that idea. But for me, none of the content I uploaded produced any meaningful results. Only the sample files worked produced a reply for me.

I’m considering trying SaveDay, or maybe I’ll shelf MyMemo and give it another shot in about 50 days. If there's no improvement by then, it’s definitely a refund for me.

The app has proven to be an invaluable tool for organizing and retrieving information efficiently. It's all Buggy, I do not know how these reviews have been posted here. It doesn't load and it reboots all the time even for the Word document I copy pasted it just booting.

Not every time you buy an app that works exactly 100% as described. I've been using MyMemo for a week, and it's been fast, easy, and accurate. Unlike similar apps on Apsumo which all had major issues, MyMemo looks and feels professional in every way. This will definitely replace Notion for me.

And the Memocast is just wow. It brings related notes together and creates a well-structured content from these different topics. It’s like your own notes talking to each other. This is a top feature that I didn't know I would need.

There are still some minor improvements that I’d like to see:
1. Quick share without manual copy-paste.
2. The removal of the annoying popup (allow paste) every time you open the app.
3. Batch selection of notes for various actions
4. Chat with a single note in the same note window
5. Create nice images of key highlights like Saveday.

It's improved a lot since I first looked at it a few weeks ago. Very useful tool, and the UI is much better than many others. Super fast. It has a lot of potential in the future if it continues being developed (knowledge management is a big deal obviously).
