I'll be honest: I didn't know what to expect when I first accessed MyMemo.

It looked like a potentially useful platform with neat concepts, but I've seen plenty of those before that had not worked out for their expected purposes.

Then MyMemo stepped forward.

Not only was I able to get a summary of the website I was visiting... I was now able to save it in an organized way with a simple click!

And not just websites.

I've been able to save photos of timeless family recipes, organize and summarize photos with text quotes, organize marketing research on competitor analysis, research products I'd like to buy or have already bought, save notes for myself, and so much more.

The best part: It is effortless.

Sure there have been a few occasional bumps where something hasn't worked quite right or the details in the summaries haven't been done in the exact way I'd prefer. But it's never been a dealbreaker, and the bumps have almost always been smaller than the bumps I've encountered from other platforms.

In short, MyMemo is a revolutionary step toward a more convenient and organized way to browse, research, organize, take notes, summarize, recall information, and beyond.

There are so many more features I haven't mentioned that are awesome and are certainly worth exploring (like MemoCast), but my experience with the features I've already mentioned have me thrilled about MyMemo now and in the future.

MyMemo has easily become one of my favorite tools I've had the pleasure of meeting on AppSumo.

The core functionality simply doesn't work reliably. When sharing content from Edge browser (iOS and Android), Google News app (iOS and Android), or Safari iOS browser, the captures consistently fail. As you can see from my screenshot, I'm left with broken links and "AI Summarizing" tags that lead nowhere. None of the shared links successfully captured the actual content - they're just dead ends.

I've just emailed support about these issues. Based on past response times, I'm not overly optimistic about a quick resolution, but I'm willing to give them a chance to make this right.

For a product that's being sold on AppSumo, this feels far from ready for prime time. The basic promise - capturing and organizing content from various sources - isn't being delivered. When the fundamental feature doesn't work across multiple platforms and browsers, it raises serious questions about the product's maturity.

Right now, I'm regretting the code stack. The product needs significant work before it can deliver on its promises. If the team can fix these capture issues, there might be potential here, but as it stands, it's not meeting even basic expectations. Perhaps AppSumo should also be ensuring and enforcing certain standards in future. I've not bought anything since this disappointing purchase.

I'll update this review if support comes through with solutions.

The soft is almost always buggy. 7 times out of 10 there is a problem at some point of the process. The summary can't be done, the interface is suddently in Spanish, the textes have severe visual issues etc..... That is unbelievable!

I let it slide for months but I start to feel ripped of.

I created an account and supplied 2 of 3 codes. Problem with the 3rd code. Some how the account disappeared. Zero help from MyMemo to resolve the problem other than generic message to log in and use the codes. Password recovery never sent the necessary code. Attempt to create account produced "Something went wrong" or something like that. Vague error message. No response from MyMemo about this, ever after getting Appsumo support involved. Bottm line: Mone yon 3 codes down the drain, because the problem spanned the refund date deadline. No response from MyMemo. No refunct (so far) from Appsumo.

Hope to improve a Memo program so that users can add different types of notes/memos themselves.

Yes, it would be even better if I could input different types of notes/To do lists, not just save videos/bookmarks or the like.
For some users, this could make MyMemo very complete.
