​I’ve been using MyMemo on the AppSumo Tier 3 (3-code) plan. I really like what you’re building and bought it specifically to replace my paid setups on Raindrop and Instaread, but I ran into a major blocker and wanted to get some clarification.
​I just got hit with a popup saying I reached a limit of 500 YouTube summaries for the month, plus a 90-minute cap on voice notes. On the Tier 3 plan, uploads and AI features are sold as unlimited. A 500-per-month ceiling is really restrictive for a top-tier plan and doesn't match the advertised unlimited features. Could you please take a look at my account and remove these limits?
​While writing in, I also wanted to share three quick suggestions from my daily use:
​Search Depth (like NotebookLM): Right now, the AI chat feels a bit surface-level because it only looks at a handful of chunks (the 8 related memos). If we’re doing real research, having the AI read across an entire collection rather than isolated snippets would make the answers much more trustworthy.
​Auto-Categorization: It would help a ton if the AI automatically tagged or categorized links and notes as we save them. That way, if we just want to browse our library manually, everything is already organized.
​Duplicate Link Warnings: When saving a link through the mobile share sheet or browser extension, the app should give a quick heads-up if that link is already saved in another collection so things don't get cluttered.
​I’m really looking forward to M Note and want to make MyMemo my main daily driver, but fixing these account limits is key.
