Consistently buggy
The soft is almost always buggy. 7 times out of 10 there is a problem at some point of the process. The summary can't be done, the interface is suddently in Spanish, the textes have severe visual issues etc..... That is unbelievable!
I let it slide for months but I start to feel ripped of.

Thank you for your feedback. We haven’t received similar reports regarding the summary feature or the interface switching to Spanish — these issues are completely new to us, and we’d really like to understand what’s happening on your side.
