UPDATE - June 17, 2025
I used the flag in email to add a particular email to my notes, but it ended up in the wrong workspace. Unfortunately, there's no way to undo that, and I can't move it to another workspace. This is pretty frustrating.

Based on the regular activity in Discord from users and MyMemo programmers, shows they are very responsive, but it is sure a lot they have to do to make this program useful.
Reduced to 3/5

UPDATE - May 28, 2025

The page saves are now working, with the exception of Gmail (I sent a video to support just now). I'm impressed with the level of support so far, but we'll see how that pans out.
I've upgraded this to 4 stars now from my original 2. I'll upgrade to 5 if they can fix the other issues soon. Definitely consider purchasing this deal now.

I'm happy to revisit this rating when I hear back from support, but at this stage, I'm incredulous at just how much is NOT working in this application.

Chrome Plugin isn't Working Correctly
When I save a page using the Chrome plugin, I
a) Select the appropriate workspace and the collection: "StepForth > Research"
b) Then I save, and it says it was successful.
c) Then I go to MyMemo and can't find it anywhere, even under the StepForh workspace. Nope... It's under my personal workspace... why???

I've repeated this several times with the same outcome.

Saves
When I save a page it is just saving a link instead of all the text on the article... why is that? It seems useless to me since the page could very well be password protected or it could be deleted... I want a record and a place to do research quickly within all of my notes.

The same happens when I want to save a particularly excellent and informative email... it saves a screenshot of my email and the email system and then just provides a link to the specific email... it would be far more sensible to copy the content from the email and then provide a link to it in case I ever need that.

In addition to what I said about the email, I decided to see if the system could at least allow me to summarize that using the "Ask Memo" AI tool that appears right next to my saved email (remember, it's just a link to the email)... but no, that's useless too... when I asked it to summarize it, I got this: "Could you please provide the specific article or topic you would like me to summarize? This will help me locate the relevant information and create a detailed summary for you." Um... "Don't you see the email saved in MyMemo that is open and which I'm referring to?' I asked, only for an unreal answer, "I cannot access or view your emails or any specific documents directly. If you could provide me with the title or main topic of the article you'd like summarized, I can search your knowledge base for relevant content and create a detailed summary for you."

Chrome Web Clipper
When I highlight text and use the MyMemo Web Clipper and select "Save to Notes" there is no way to select the project or collection... so where does it go? It goes to the last place I selected - which at least makes some sense - so part of the chrome plugin is working.

The Chrome Plugin Prompt
"Save this website" is not correct. I'm not saving this website, I'm asking to save this webpage and the content within it.

Please change the text to "Save this Page" or with the way your system is working now, "Save a Link to this Page" - which again is pointless.

Discord
Your support says to sign up for Discord and you provide an invite link... even that isn't working because it has expired.
