Promising Concept, But Significant Functionality Issues
The core functionality simply doesn't work reliably. When sharing content from Edge browser (iOS and Android), Google News app (iOS and Android), or Safari iOS browser, the captures consistently fail. As you can see from my screenshot, I'm left with broken links and "AI Summarizing" tags that lead nowhere. None of the shared links successfully captured the actual content - they're just dead ends.
I've just emailed support about these issues. Based on past response times, I'm not overly optimistic about a quick resolution, but I'm willing to give them a chance to make this right.
For a product that's being sold on AppSumo, this feels far from ready for prime time. The basic promise - capturing and organizing content from various sources - isn't being delivered. When the fundamental feature doesn't work across multiple platforms and browsers, it raises serious questions about the product's maturity.
Right now, I'm regretting the code stack. The product needs significant work before it can deliver on its promises. If the team can fix these capture issues, there might be potential here, but as it stands, it's not meeting even basic expectations. Perhaps AppSumo should also be ensuring and enforcing certain standards in future. I've not bought anything since this disappointing purchase.
I'll update this review if support comes through with solutions.
