Ripped off
I created an account and supplied 2 of 3 codes. Problem with the 3rd code. Some how the account disappeared. Zero help from MyMemo to resolve the problem other than generic message to log in and use the codes. Password recovery never sent the necessary code. Attempt to create account produced "Something went wrong" or something like that. Vague error message. No response from MyMemo about this, ever after getting Appsumo support involved. Bottm line: Mone yon 3 codes down the drain, because the problem spanned the refund date deadline. No response from MyMemo. No refunct (so far) from Appsumo.
