Q: Can we download signatures in HTML format along with the necessary images from your platform, when we create our signatures?
In other words, I want to be able to make my signature and have it be completely agnostic of your servers being online.
So if the MySignature servers go down, can't load, slow, etc, my email signatures will still always appear just fine, since I've saved all of my signature data directly into Google Workspace/GMAIL or Outlook O365 email, etc.
Thanks in advance.

Jul 30, 2024A: Thanks for your question! You can copy the HTML code of your email signature upon creation, but please note that the images and links will remain dynamic, as we host images and the signature itself on our servers. Rest assured, we understand the importance of keeping your email signatures running smoothly. We use multiple servers and data centers, so if one system encounters an issue, another can seamlessly take over. Our servers are located in the USA.
Also, using dynamic links provides an easy and centralized way to manage your signatures. Any changes you make to the images or links in the MySignature editor will automatically update the installed signatures for all users. This ensures that your signatures remain consistent and up-to-date across your team.
Thanks for your prompt response. May I ask what is the logic of not letting us opt to download a static image if we wish? If I must, I'll just save the image directly from the CDN or screenshot it, but wondering why there can't be an "offline signature" mode? In my case, sending emails around to government entities with backlinks or images being loaded from servers that are not mine, is not good.
