Q: Hello, I’ve seen this asked several times already but I’m still unclear so please forgive me asking again.
Tier 3 gives me the Agency Hub license along with 100 signatures which I can freely allocate and resell to my clients (companies). That much I understand.
So if I have 100 clients and each one of them wants to create their own signature, I can create 100 accounts but will have to limit each account to just 1 signature - is this correct?
Or if I have 4 clients and each of them wants to create 25 signatures each for their respective team members, then I can create 4 accounts and allocate 25 signatures to each client - is this how the agency/resell feature works? I set the max number of signatures each account can create?
I’m just confused why Tier 3 states “unlimited companies” when it’s actually limited to 100 signatures which means you can only resell to a max of 100 clients (1 sig per cluent). I wouldn’t call that unlimited.
I think all the confusion comes from your wording in the Tiers. I think“Users” should be replaced by “Signatures” and “Unlimited Companies” should be removed entirely.

Thanks for your feedback!
Let us clarify. At the moment, a Tier 3 license is limited to 100 clients or 100 signatures. But if you need 100+ clients/signatures, please get in touch with us at info@mysignature.io so we can learn more about your needs and discuss this question.
Hey,
Thank you for your inquiry!
Yes, you invite (create) clients and set the max limit of email signatures for each of them.
For example, you can split it into 4 x 25 emails signatures or 2 x 30 email signature and 2 x 20 signatures.

Thanks Vasyl. Sorry my question came out unformatted (not sure why or how that happened because it wasn't like that when I posted it).
I'm just reiterating what I said previously, but perhaps your wording of "unlimited companies" in Tier 3 is misleading and needs to be removed?
As mentioned earlier, it's not really "unlimited" because we're actually limited to 100 signatures (or a max of 100 clients/companies if we allocate 1 signature per each).
Judging by other similar questions it seems many others find this confusing as well. I think you should amend the wording of your tiers to avoid any further confusion.
